By purchasing tickets, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable or transferrable. The venues stipulate this quite clearly in their T&Cs.

In the event you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, I will add your tickets to the website and try and sell them on for you. I can not promise to sell all your tickets, and I may only be able to sell part of your order. Therefore, please only ask me to sell on your tickets if you can’t make the event.

There is a 20% per ticket administration charge for any tickets sold. Ticket will be added back to the Website and remain there until 24 hours before the date of the Trip.

In the event that a venue cancel an Show/Excursion, then they will offer us a refund/change of date and this will then be passed on to you.

In the event that a Venue cancels a show, then you will be offered and Refund or an Exchange. If the Venue cancels a show, and we have already arrived at our destination, then they will only refund/exchange our ticket value. The venue do not re-imburse travel costs – and therefore, as we have already travelled to the venue, the re-imbursement will be that of your Ticket.

The Coaches can store up to 3 mobility Scooters under the Boot Space – so please do let us know if advance if you wish to book a space. The Coach seating is accessed via 5 steps up onto the Coach – we do not have a lift – and Passengers do need to be able to access the seating area independently in order to travel.

Unless tickets are purchased as a ‘ticket only’ event – Coach Travel is included in all our trips.

When placing your order you will be required to choose your pick up point. Please ensure you make a note of your times and dates, as no reminders are sent. The day before a travel, a courtesy text will be sent to your mobile.

Groups that have booked together will sit together on the Coach. If you do not travel well/have mobility issues then I will do my upmost to sit you within the first half of the coach – however, this is not a guarantee so please do bare this in mind when booking a trip.

Tickets can be purchased without travel for most events if you are not a good traveller on the Coach.

Tickets are not sent prior to travel, but are handed to you as you board the Coach. (Tickets only are sent out in the post prior to the date of the event)
