Evening Show.
We will leave Langtoft (A15 Bus stop on the Main Road) at 1pm and pick up in Deeping Towngate Crossroads (1.05pm) and Tesco Hampton (1.30pm)
The Toilet will be available to use throughout your journey. You can bring a picnic with you, but we do ask that no hot food is brought onto the coach.
We will arrive in London for around 3.45pm – and drop off on Shaftesbury Avenue, just a 5 minute walk to the Theatre.
The show begins at 8.30pm and our seats are in the Stalls (Rows A and C and S, T and U)
The Coach will return to collect us after the show has finished at 10.45pm, and my guess is that we should arrive back at around 1.15am (traffic and road conditions dependent)
Stalls tickets are £83.50pp and include coach travel and all the booking fees and administration costs that are charged to us by the Ticket Promoter.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Prior to checking out, you will be given the option of pick up points that you will need to choose prior to payment.
Please make a note of your chosen pick up point and time – as reminders will not be sent until the day before.
There is a ‘note’ box on check out where you may type any information you wish me to have prior to travel.
Please can I remind everyone that we do travel by coach – if you do not travel well on a coach, please do bear this in mind before you book as I am unable to guarantee specific seating on the coach due to the number of requests I receive.
Please note that you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order. Tickets will never be sent to you as PDF files – I have all the tickets and I will hand them to you as you board the Coach. Please do check your junk folder in case the e-mail arrives there!
Coach seats are pre-allocated and will be given to with your tickets as you board the Coach.

An automated e mail will be sent 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before your booked event. This e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide when you order, and will remind you of the Event, Date, Number of people booked, the pick up place and time. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else, be sure to send them the e-mail.
Therefore it is paramount that the e-mail address you give is correct and has no spelling mistakes in it – as the system is not able to rectify or second guess e-mail addresses.
Please do ensure you take a moment to familiarise yourself with our T&C’s – you do need to tick this box in order to proceed – however, if you tick them, but do not read them, this does not exonerate you from them.

Langtoft – Roadside Parking Only – Pick up point is at the South Bound bus stop on the A15 – Post code PE6 9NH
Towngate – There is a small car park adjacent to the Coronation Car Park which is free for 24 hours. Bus Stop is on B1524 – Postcode PE6 8DB –
Tesco Hampton Serpentine Green – Do check on the Car Park charges that are now in place. Pick up is from the Bus Stop at the North End of the Complex. These are the only bus stops in the Tesco Complex. Postcode – PE7 8BD
